Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us here.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the item that did not work for you and place a new order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our studio in the same condition it originally arrived in.
Please note, returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us ASAP to change the shipping address for your order. We are not responsible for orders that have already been shipped, as we have no control over your orders once they leave our hands. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders that have already shipped.

Orders With Tracking: Does your tracking info say it is delivered but there is no package to be found? This is normal and is the result of parcels being scanned prematurely or out of order by USPS. It will normally arrive in the next day or two. If over a week has passed and your order still has not arrived, you will need to file a Missing Mail Search Request with the USPS HERE.
Orders Without Tracking: Please send us an email if your order has not arrived after 10 business days of your shipping confirmation.
Please note: Please double check the shipping address you provided for your order. I am unable to offer refunds for orders that were delivered to the wrong address due an incorrect address being provided. As a small business, I am unable to front these costs for you. Thank you for understanding!

We ship orders to every country.
How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping service selected, where you are shipping the items to, and the total weight of your order. Orders placed within the US get free shipping over $60.
For international orders, we use Pirate Ship's Simple Export Rate to provide the lowest price possible for international shipping. Due to the nature of being a small business, we are unable to offer lower shipping costs than what you see at checkout.

We ship orders using USPS.

Not all of our shipments include tracking. To keep costs low, orders that can be shipped in just an envelope (primarily sticker orders) are shipped using First Class Mail and do not include tracking. Most orders placed with First Class Mail arrive within 5-7 days after shipment. If you would like tracking on your order, please upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at checkout.
Please note, if you select First Class Mail as a shipping method at checkout, Crescent Sun Studio is not responsible for orders that do not arrive.

Yes, you can pick your order up outside of our home studio in Manchester, New Hampshire. At checkout, there will be an option to select "local pick-up".

Yes, we accept returns. Please note that returns must be processed within 30 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be used or damaged. If items are returned in used condition, a refund will not be issued.
The total cost of the items returned, minus the original shipping cost, will be refunded. We do not refund the original postage amount.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used to place your order. Funds will be back in your account depending on your credit card or bank's processing times.
Please note, Crescent Sun Studio is not responsible for return postage.

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. It will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. Shopify stores your data and it is completely safe.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.

Yes! If you're interested in adding Crescent Sun Studio to your product catalog, please contact us directly or visit our Faire page using our direct link. Fun fact: using a business' direct link to their Faire profile saves us from their high commission fees for EVERY future order you place!
Do you use Generative AI?

NO! YUCK! I draw all of my own artwork myself using programs such as Procreate for the iPad and Adobe Creative Suite. Not only does generative AI steal from real human artists by scraping the internet to "come up" with its images, but it's also really bad for the environment. At Crescent Sun Studio, we're not into any of that.
Not only do I refuse to use generative AI for myself, I actively do not support artists or event hosts who use it.

Is there a sticker in my shop that you'd like to buy in a different size than what's listed? I make the stickers myself in my home studio, so feel free to reach out and I would be happy to make the sticker(s) in the size you're looking for.

At this time, I do not take requests for creating custom designs.
