Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that Crescent Sun Studio is not responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, a prepaid label will be provided or shipping will be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable / final sale items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (including any item where you choose color, size, or design)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Exchanges

  • For exchanges (different size, color, or style), return the original item and place a new order.
  • If the exchange is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Items Lost in Transit

If your order was not delivered within 10 business days from shipment, we can issue a refund or resend the order. For resending orders that were lost in transit, Crescent Sun Studio is not responsible for postage. If a refund is requested, only the amount of the items lost will be refunded, postage will not be refunded.   

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us here or email crescentsunstudio@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  • If approved, return authorization and instructions will be provided.
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
